These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Online Wholesale Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at onlinewholesalepeptides.com, including all content, functionality, the shop, cart, and checkout (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site in any way, including without limitation placing an order at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Site.
The Site and the products described on it are offered exclusively to legitimate businesses, laboratories, and institutions operating within one of the designated business categories recognized by the Company. By using the Site, you represent and warrant, as a condition of that use, that you and the entity you represent fall within one of the following categories, and no other:
The Site is not directed at, and may not be used by, individual consumers, or by any person or entity that does not fall within one of the categories listed above. This representation applies to every visitor and customer, without exception, and is a material condition of your right to access and use the Site.
All products offered through the Site are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research use by qualified professionals and institutions. The products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements; are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority; and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Products must not be used for human or animal consumption, administration, or any other in-vivo purpose. By using the Site, you agree that any products purchased through it will be used solely for lawful research purposes consistent with this restriction.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Site or to place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are acquiring products on behalf of, and with the authority to bind, the business, laboratory, or institution you represent.
Placing an order through the Site’s checkout constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and the representations set out in Sections 2, 3, and 4 above, and authorizes the Company to contact you regarding your order. An order is reserved under an order reference number at checkout, but is not confirmed or fulfilled until the Company receives and matches your payment.
Checkout currently accepts payment by Zelle and Wire transfer only; card payment processing is not yet available. You are responsible for referencing your order number on your payment so it can be matched promptly. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order that remains unpaid after a reasonable period, to decline or cancel any order in its sole discretion (including to verify eligibility under Section 2), and to adjust pricing prior to payment confirmation if a pricing or system error occurred at checkout.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your acquisition, handling, storage, transport, and use of any products purchased through the Site complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, or medical advice.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the Company’s prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, including any misrepresentation regarding your eligibility under Section 2, or your misuse of any products purchased through the Site.
The Company may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state in which the Company maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
